As anyone who plays Warcraft knows, the Tauren (or shu’halo in their native language) and their culture are modeled after “Indians” or “Native Americans”. They are plains “people” who adhere to a tribal system and hold close ties to nature and the spirits of their ancestors. From my experience, while they may seem brutish and wild, they are peaceful and honor-bound at heart. Of all the races in Azeroth, I respect the Tauren the most, and I’m proud to consider myself Tauren American.

This is a design I’ve been working on for a while. Today I decided to polish it up a bit before finalizing it. Originally I wanted to make this into a t-shirt for myself and a couple of close friends (which I may still do someday), but for now it will remain as a play on the Tauren/Native American/American* concept, as well as a testament to how much I love these horned, furry guys & gals.

On a lark, I decided to follow-up my Lantern Corp/Emotional Spectrum desktop wallpapers with a Venture Industries (see Venture Bros) wallpaper using the same basic layout. I redesigned the Venture Ind. logo (using most of the trademark V) and slapped some blueprints I Googled on to the background (I don’t have the time or training to draft original blueprints) to give it that extra super-science feeling to it.
